Please choose your item/s carefully as Midnight Donuts does not offer returns for items incorrectly purchased or where you have changed your mind. This includes returns where you have selected the wrong delivery address, an incorrect flavour of an item, or where you have ordered the wrong item/s.
Please select the correct delivery address as Midnight Donuts is not liable for any incorrect delivery addresses provided to us.
Returning a Faulty Item
All items are inspected before they are delivered to make sure that we provide our customers with products of the highest quality and standard. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the matter promptly. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods, along with photos showing the defect/fault.
If the item/s is confirmed to be damaged and/or crushed, we will, at our option, attempt another delivery (on a date we specify) to you at our own cost, with an identical product or a product/s of equivalent value; or refund the price that you paid for your item/s back to your original payment method.
This does not apply where the item/s was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse, loss or damage not caused by Midnight Donuts, insufficient proof of fault or unreasonable delay.
